A Brief Biography

My name is Moira McLaughlin (Mor'a McLock'lin). I grew up in Ohio and moved to Los Angeles to make movies and see the sun. I landed a job as Kevin Costner's assistant. (Yes, he's really great. He actually gave me my dachshund, Darby.) I worked on 8 films and traveled non-stop all over the world.

Then I became a screenwriter, mainly focusing on historical period films. Tired of the writer's lifestyle and erratic workflow, I joined an Interactive Agency and discovered the immediacy of the Internet. I loved working on videos and content that reached the world with a few keystrokes.

In 2000, an illness forced me to quit my job and focus on a home based business. I started making collages for my friends and family and found the greatest inspiration in all our dogs. Now, I think of each piece of artwork as a mini production -- with a story, a star, and a worldwide debut on my website!
